Walking into Aperture I was impressed as to how clean and tidy the building was. Located in the heart of the Little Italy neighborhood the location is undeniably fantastic. You have the Kebab Shop in your building and Extraordinary Desserts around the corner how could you now go wrong here? Walking into this 7th floor unit you have light colored hardwood floors throughout placed at a diagonal, ample natural sunlight, and great breeze. The kitchen has modest updates with stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. You have a very small view of the bay off to the right side of the unit. Although the upgrades are nice I think there is room for some more improvements to take place in the bathroom and bedroom area to make it feel more cohesive throughout.
