Mike's Condo Review

The Mills condo, #301 is a nice one bedroom unit with large square footage, but it does not feel as big as it reads on paper. In comparing this unit to another unit in a different layout with less square footage this particular unit felt much smaller. You walk into a unique layout, with the dining room immediately to your left followed by a kitchen that runs along a hallway. Towards the back of the condo you have a living room area with a nice square shape to accommodate nearly any type of furniture. The bedroom is large, but needs some new paint and flooring to make the space feel true to size. This is a great unit for a first time home buyer given its price point, but will need some new paint and potentially add hardwood floors to make the space feet like 1,000 plus square feet. This condo is located in the Cortez Hill neighborhood and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and parks, but has more of a quiet neighborhood feel.
