Doma: located on the corners of Fir and Kettner in the Little Italy neighborhood of Downtown San Diego.  Doma is a mid-rise complex consisting of two buildings.  One of the buildings consists of contemporary lofts constructed out of cement and the other building has town homes, city homes, and loft units constructed out of steel/wood frame.  The building was constructed by Citymark Development and was completed in 2003.  HOA fees at Doma are moderate among downtown properties.  Highlights include: contemporary loft building located in Little Italy, high-end appointments, unique two-level, city level and town home floor plans, loft floor plans feature large square footages, and some of the west facing units have very nice bay views while the east facing units have excellent city views.  The building does sit right on the train tracks even though there is a downtown quiet zone, and therefore, the noise impact of the train needs to be analyzed per unit.  Doma is in a wonderful location and is a great building.
