Element is located on the corners of 15th and Market on the edge of the East Village. Surrounding landmarks include Market Village One and Market Village Two housing and the new luxury Albertsons. It is a mid-rise building constructed of concrete, and was completed by Centex Homes in 2006. Monthly HOA fees at Element are lower relative to other downtown buildings. Highlights include: the price per foot are low representing good price points for first time home buyers, Element is for the home buyers needing to stretch their budget to get into two bedroom units, as it sits on the edge of the East Village development.
