La Vita: located on the corner of Union and Beech in the Little Italy neighborhood of Downtown San Diego.  La Vita is a mid-rise and high-rise combo made of concrete construction and was completed by Intergulf in 2005.  The monthly HOAs at La Vita are moderate relative to other downtown San Diego complexes.  Homeowners at La Vita love that the complex has luxury like amenities with moderate monthly HOA fees.  Highlights include: very diverse floor-plans (1- and 2-bedroom units, penthouses, and perimeter 3-bedroom town home units), amenities of a high-rise with the option to live in a mid-rise building, contemporary look and feel, luxury fitness room, pool, and other amenities without high HOA fees, and excellent city, bay, and north San Diego views.  La Vita's limitations include some of the floor plans have small storage/closet areas and the modern floor plans the developer used pay greater attention to the living room area making the bedrooms smaller.
