Marina : a Downtown San Diego Neighborhood

Once occupied by with not much more than hefty warehouses and vacant lots, this neighborhood now offers remarkable residential settings for families, professionals, and retirees.

Beginning in the early 1980s, redevelopment skyrocketed and today, the Marina District is one of San Diego’s most beautiful and desirable neighborhoods. Tree lined streets of this district offer high rise and mid rise condominiums, apartments, townhouses and loft units in a variety of styles, sizes and prices.

Marina District residents enjoy a good deal of open space and recreation areas such as Pantajo Park, Children’s Museum Park, Martin Luther King Jr. Promenade and Seaport Village.
