Chad's real estate career spans the entire county of San Diego, from North county down to the Mexican border. His crowning achievement was taking part in the development and growth of Downtown San Diego's East Village while selling over 300 loft homes at M2i and Fahrenheit.

During his years with the development of loft homes in downtown San Diego, Chad became intimately familiar with the neighborhoods where he now resides with his wife and daughter. Becoming a permanent fixture in his neighborhood, and hisnfamiliarity with most East Village Homeowners, he earned himself the nickname of the "Mayor of the East Village".

You'll find Chad and his wife, Sheila and daughter playing at the Park at the Park in Petco Park, or walking to any of the new restaraunts and dessert shops. Walking around the neighborhood and talking with all the neighbors has become a favorite pasttime.
