Downtown San Diego offer so many fun things to do around the city and as a Downtown San Diego resident one of the perks are the many community happenings are that we are getting access to it without having to fight for parking. One of the yearly events is the Downtown San Diego Half Marathon that is taking place in our beautiful Gaslamp Quarter on March 10th.
The race is a 13.1 mile marathon and the intention with this race is to raise money and to support the communities in San Diego. This is also the time to appreciate and celebrate the unique characters of the different neighborhoods of Downtown San Diego as well as other parts of this sunny city.
There are two different options to choose between as an attendee. You can either pay $109 for the Half Marathon or $49 for the 5k race. Attendees will receive a premium T-short (5k), a free customizable bib for your name as well as a Gear bag and a collectible finisher’s medal. The Gaslamp Quarter of Downtown San Diego is where the start and the finish will be so come on down to attend, celebrate or just hang out with friends and family for a fun filled day.
