Developer sales are totally leading the way in June 2009 with 85 sales. There was 65 sales in July, 53 in September, 50 in October and 47 sales in November 2009. REO sales had 32 in April, 27 in July, 27 in October and 25 sales in February 2009. There was 24 resales in July and October, 32 in September and 20 sales in June and November 2009. Possible short sales had least sales with 21 in July, 18 in October and 14 in April 2009.
