The second quarter of 2012 is showing us that the East Village/Ballpark neighborhood lead the way with a total of 105 Downtown San Diego Condos and Downtown San Diego Lofts sold out of a total of 283 homes sold. Out of these 105 homes sold, 49 were Developer sales. 47 out of these were located in the Smart Corner complex and 2 units located in The Legend complex.
The other neighborhoods had less sales where the Marina neighborhood had 54 homes sold, the Little Italy 42 homes sold, the Columbia neighborhood 40 homes sold, the Cortez Hill neighborhood 27 homes sold, the Gaslamp Quarter had 9 homes sold and last the Metro area had 6 homes sold.
