This graph is showing us how many Condos and Lofts that were sold in the 3rd quarter of 2010, Cash vs. Financing in Downtown San Diego.
A total of 268 homes were sold and financing is leading the way with a total of 174 (65%) homes sold. Cash is showing highest this quarter with 94 (35%) sold compared to the first quarter with 81 (31%) homes sold.
