The Columbia District is leading the way with $537 per square foot and close behind is the Marina District with $481 per square foot. After that comes the East Village/Ballpark District with $403 per square foot, the Metro with $401 per square foot and the Little Italy District with $367 per square foot. The Cortez Hill District had $357 per square foot and the Gaslamp District $331 per square foot.
