downtown-san-diego-real-estate/proposed-downtown-san-diego-city-hall-will-cost-less/1271/
Three years ago, the version of the new proposed Downtown San Diego City Hall was initiated to cost taxpayers $432 million. After eight months of negotiating, Jerry Sanders is planning to announce a deal that will cost far less that the original estimate. The proposed 293.5 million project will most likely go before voters in November and will be a 19th story building with 576,000 square feet located at C Street and First Avenue on the border of the Gaslamp District and the Little Italy District.
