Renovation of the Old Police Headquarter in Downtown San DiegoOne of Downtown San Diego Real Estate construction projects are moving forward as the progress of the old police headquarter located next to Seaport Village in the Marina neighborhood in Downtown San Diego is in full construction with the restoration and renovation that will lead to an entertainment center called “The Headquarters”.

According to the San Diego Port of San Diego and the article “Work Progresses on Old Police Headquarters Redevelopment” the project has reached the next step where structural reinforcement are being completed to reach the new modern standards as well as reconfiguration of the interior and infrastructure systems.

The total cost of this project is about $40 million and will consist of three buildings including 30 shops and restaurants. There will also be fountains, plazas, walkways, areas for outdoor entertaining, valet parking and colourful landscaping included. Downtown San Diego residents and visitor will be able to enjoy “The Headquarters” in October 2013 if the project keeps it schedule. ')}
