Another fantastic day for Downtown San Diego Real Estate. Heather was lucky enough to tour some of the new listings last Thursday (1/30) with the Downtown San Diego Real Estate Caravan, here are some highlights.

Downtown_San_Diego_Real_EstateParkloft #1006… WOW!!! From the moment you step thru those Penthouse front French doors, it’s spectacular! On your left is an entertainer’s kitchen beside a full brick wall of wine storage. Straight ahead is 180 degree views of the city and Petco Park and a patio/balcony that stretches the length of the home allowing you to enjoy the city lights from inside or out. To your right is the living area and extra bedroom separated with a 2 sided fireplace. Taking the winding staircase to the master suite on the 2nd level which shares the same views and has an additional balcony. Lots of charm and eclectic décor and detailing throughout, down to the candlestick toilet paper holders. Listing and Picture courtesy of Cynthia Hedgecock of Shore Management
