Marina District

Currently, the Marina District of Downtown represents one of the highest regarded places to live in San Diego. Home to some of the most luxurious Downtown San Diego Condos, the Marina District is known for Location, Location, Location. Upscale complexes like Pinnacle, Renaissance, Horizons, Harbor Club, Meridian, and Cityfront Terrace will provide any discerning homeowner the luxury appointments, views, and amenities that are worth the luxury price tag. Tree lined streets and a sense of a quiet upscale neighborhood set the Marina District apart from the rest of the Core Neighborhoods in Downtown San Diego. Obviously you are in the center of Downtown San Diego…it just doesn’t feel that way, as you can casually walk around the peaceful sidewalks without a care in the world. Centrally located…residents of this upscale neighborhood are within a 5 minute walking distance of: Seaport Village, The Gaslamp, Petco Park, Horton Plaza, and the North Embarcadero.

Marina District

Located in Downtown San Diego’s prestigious Marina District, The Headquarters is a brand new adaptive re-use project that will provide approximately 100,000 square feet of high end retail, dining, and entertainment. As part of the expansion of Seaport Village and the North Embarcadero Visionary Plan, this project is creating tremendous buzz and excitement. The Headquarters will provide much needed infrastructure for both visitors and homeowners of Downtown San Diego Condos. This $40 Million dollar project will upgrade the Old San Diego Police Department originally built in 1939. Ever since January the construction crews and development team of Terramar have been working non-stop towards completion. Now that completion is close (Scheduled for sometime in November), we are starting to receive official word on the new tenants that will be open for business. A blog from San Diego’s The Eater Entitled: The Headquaters Update: Pizza Mozza Beer and More describes some of the upscale Restaurants that are just beginning their build out. Pizza Mozza, Puesto, Eddie V’s, Season 52, and Cheesecake Factory.

Great steaks with live Jazz playing the background. The food is good and atmosphere authentic. It is going to be a great addition to the selection of Restaurants at the Headquarters.

This will be the Second location (UTC) of this Wine and Grille concept in San Diego. The focus is on an intimate ambiance with a focus on the wine list and a menu that features a healthy and organic approach. With both a dinner and lunch menu, Season 52 will be a fantastic new spot for dinner with a close friend or new date.
