The average sale price for Downtown San Diego Condos and Downtown San Diego Lofts has during the last year been going a little bit up and down. June of 2011 started out with an average price of $435,709 and the following months were holding a pretty steady number until we hit January of 2012 where the average sale price went down to $360,419. The price started to go up again after March and was holding a pretty steady line where we ended with an average sale price of $475,254 for the month of June 2012.
