As a real estate broker specializing in Downtown San Diego Real Estate….a dream would be not to be involved in short sales. To say the least…they are everything but short. As I am a Condo home owner at M2i in the East Village/Ballpark District its easy taking that short stroll to the office right next to Petco Park pretty much every night.
