On today’s Downtown San Diego caravan tour was #507 at Solara Lofts located in the heart of Cortez Hill. This loft features wood floors throughout with a built in sliding wall to separate the bedroom from the living space. The built in wall has a nice cosmetic look and does not look out of place.For those looking for a large kitchen this would not be good option as it is a typical loft like kitchen on one side of the room. This loft did not have a patio which is a definite downfall for some. This loft in my opinion is perfect for the first time home buyer looking to be in Downtown, but away from the chaos of the Gaslamp.
