The median price has declined from year to year. It started out at the price of $360,000 for the year of 2008 and went down to $277,900 for last year. Compared to the other neighborhoods…the Little Italy District is taking 4th place of the highest median sale price where the Columbia District comes in as #1, Marina District as #2 and the East Village/Ballpark District as #3.
