As we have mentioned before…Downtown San Diego has during the year of 2012 been a huge resale market with a total of 541 Downtown San Diego Condos and Downtown San Diego Lofts sold out of a total of 947 homes from January to November. As we were spoiled with having a lot of Developer sales the last couple of years the amount of this product has definitely decreased with a total of 179 homes sold. We have seen a good amount of short sales with a a total of 167 sales. Not too many bank owned/REO’s as we only seen 61 sales for the 11 months.
