Mortgage Interest Rates Update

Well, it looks like we have been seeing some fantastic news with mortgage interest rates as of late. According to Bankrate.com, we’re looking at over a .2% drop of the 30 year fixed rate since late December. This is great news for Downtown San Diego Condo buyers.
