Centrally located just in between the Marina and East Village, we like to say that the Gaslamp is in the middle of it all. On paper, last year was a great year for condo sales in Gaslamp. In 2012 the average value for a Gaslamp Condo was $267,953. By the end of 2013 the average sales price value had grown to an impressive $347,751. This was an increase of over $30%, and aside from the East Village increase of 37% in 2012, Gaslamp condo sales represents some of the highest improvements for values in Downtown Real Estate.
