Autographed by workers and supporters, the top beam has been set into place of the new Downtown San Diego Library. The other day, an old construction ceremony was held at the top of the building as the top beam was lifted 9 stories up to be put in place. As 633 days has gone by since ground breaking the new library is now 9 months away from completion.
