We had the pleasure of touring this fantastic Downtown San Diego condo for sale at The Mark. The unit is a west facing, two bedroom with amazing views of the Downtown City Skyline and San Diego Bay. The finishes in this unit are your standard Mark finishes. The Mark finishes include: carpet throughout the living area and bedrooms, modern kitchen featuring granite counters and stainless steel appliances, and concrete accent pillars.

My favorite feature of this unit, and of the other ’01 stacks at The Mark, is the amazing view from the master bedroom. Being a western facing unit, you’ll open yourself up to plenty of afternoon light. The second bedroom is down a small hallway and features a pure northern view.

Lucky for us, we had a chance to tour two units at The Mark on Thursday. The Mark #1805 is another two bedroom unit, this time on the South East corner of the building. This home is a corner unit with amazing views of the Coronado Bridge, Petco Park, and the Downtown San Diego skyline.

With the south eastern orientation, you’re looking at morning sun in unit #1805, so late sleepers will perhaps want to look into heavy blinds or curtains. The hardwood flooring throughout the living area looks great, and matches the finishing in the upgraded kitchen. 800 The Mark Lane #1805 is more of a split bedroom layout that unit #1601 was, which is great for a home office, or guest bedroom set-up. The real selling point of #1805 is the fantastic view off of the balcony. Any buyer looking to experience the “Downtown Lifestyle” should make sure that The Mark #1805 is on their list.
