Downtown_San_DIego_CondoRenaissance #1305  – I was pleasantly surprised when entering this 2 bedroom condo for sale at Renaissance. As soon as you walk into the unit, you are staring at beautiful, panoramic views of the San Diego Bay, and Downtown skyline. The kitchen features upgraded cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and dark granite counter tops. Many buyers will prefer the split bedroom layout here, with both bedrooms having bathrooms en suite. The split bedrooms make for a perfect home office or guest bedroom set-up. Both bedrooms also feature spacious closets. Potential buyers will also appreciate the upgraded windows across the living area. The windows have been installed on a specialty track, which fold back into the wall. This upgrade gives the impression that there is no barrier between someone and the outside world. A fantastic feeling when looking across the Downtown skyline to the Bay beyond. Open House, Listing, and Photos courtesy of Francine Finn and Raye Scott with Pacific Sotheby’s Intl.

Downtown_San_Diego_CondoCity Walk #129 – It is not very often that we get to tour a Downtown San Diego condo that is bigger than 1500 sq ft. So you can imagine my surprise when I toured this 1922 sq ft, two bedroom town home for sale at City Walk. This home really feels like a detached home, with the convenient Marina district location. The lower story features hardwood flooring throughout. The kitchen has been completely upgraded and features stainless steel appliances, light granite counters, and granite back splash. A small, street level patio off of the living area also adds additional square footage for entertaining and/or relaxing. You’ll find both bedrooms upstairs, as well as a built in desk/office space on the top flight. Both bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms and hardwood floors. The Citywalk complex has undergone extensive renovations in their common areas and should be visited again if you have not been recently. Downtown_San_Diego_CondoPark Place #306 – Anytime I get a chance to head down to Park Place, I take advantage of it. I definitely was not disappointed with this visit. This home features a great, split bedroom layout perfect for a home office or child’s room (which is how it was oriented on tour). This home also features one of my favorite “Park Place Touches”, a dual-sided fireplace. This fireplace is located in the center of the “great room” and allows the homeowner to create more formal living and dining areas. This home is finished with hardwood flooring throughout the living area, and carpeted bedrooms. The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and light granite counter tops. Make sure to note the upgraded in home sound system, with controls in the living area and kitchen. Of course, no review of Park Place would be complete without mentioning the central location. Just steps away from your home is the San Diego Bay front, Gaslamp Quarter, and new Headquarters shopping and entertainment center. Open House, Listing, and Photos provided courtesy of Sonja Stolzenberg with Dana Horne Realty.
