Since 1937, residents and visitors of La Jolla have been referencing the La Jolla Blue Book as a guide and business directory for restaurants, shopping, hotels, services, and community events. In the interview, we were asked to provide our analysis on the current state of La Jolla Real Estate, as well as our thoughts on how the Downtown San Diego condo market has changed and developed over the years.

La Jolla of course is an amazing upscale beach community based around access to beautiful beaches, world class restaurants and shops of The Village, and some of the most beautiful views in Southern California.
