Just when you thought that mortgage rates couldn’t fall any lower than they
already have, they have now fallen lower than ever before. I don’t know how many more times I can say this but here I am doing it once again. This is not a bad time to buy some Downtown San Diego real estate if you ask me. While you’re at it, and if in a position to do so, you might as well pick up a couple units with the deals that are out on the market. With the prices and rates being at an all time low as they are now, you can save yourself a lot of money in the long run.
