Award Given to The Q in The Little Italy District in Downtown San DiegoThe Q has been described as a four to six-story (86-foot high) mixed-use development with two levels of below-grade parking including 37,000 square feet of office space and 12,000 square feet of retail and commercial space.including relocation and rehabilitation of the historic A.W. Pray Rental House, the oldest house in the Little Italy District.

Nestled in between India Street and Kettner Blvd at the crossroad of W Fir Street, across the street from Doma, in Downtown San Diego lies “The Q”. A year ago, Architect/Developer Jonathan Segal stopped the construction and redesigned the building as an apartment/retail mixed use complex leaving it to receive one of three Honor Awards from the local chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
