There were 8 resales in the Marina District and 5 resales in the Columbia District. The Little Italy District has 7 REO sales and the Marina District had 7 as well. East Village/Ballpark District had 8 possible shortsale compared to Metro that had a total of 0 possible short sales. The Gaslamp District had an equal amount of 1 sale in all four sales: Developer, REO, Possible short sales and Resales.
