This graph shows us what kind of sales happened during May of 2009 until April of 2010. The Developer sales hit the top in May and June of 2009 mainly because of the Downtown San Diego Condos for sale in Bayside and Sapphire in the Columbia District, and Park Terrace and The Mark in the East Village/Ballpark District. As mentioned in earlier blogs, the developer sales will slowly decrease each month as there are no new buildings being built and the developer units are almost sold out.
