Downtown San Diego Condo and Loft sales in the Little Italy District made a huge jump in the second quarter of 2010 with 19 developer sales, 17 REO sales, 20 resale’s and 16 short sales. The East Village/Ballpark District is still leading the way with a total of 117 sales. 62 of them were developer sales mostly from Park Terrace, Smart Corner and The Mark. As mentioned before, we will see a decrease in the developer sales throughout the Downtown San Diego neighborhoods as they are doing a great job selling them faster than ever. This graph is also showing us that the Marina District and the Columbia District has slowed down on resale’s…usually this number is much higher.
