The graph above shows us that there were 108 Downtown San Diego Condos and Downtown San Diego Lofts sold in the month of August 2012. This is the highest number of sales in a month this year. Another good sign is that for the first time in 5 years of tracking the Downtown San Diego Real Estate market there were no REO sales. Our average sales price is up 10% from last month to $466,798 and the cash buyers were strong accounting for 50% of the sales. ')}
