As you can see in the graph above a total of 947 Downtown San Diego Condos and Downtown San Diego Lofts were sold from January to November in 2012. They year started out with the lowest amount of homes sold in January with a total of 51 sales. The month leading the way was August with a total of 108 sales and shortly thereafter came April with a total of 105 units sold.
