The graph above is showing us how many Downtown San Diego Condos and Downtown San Diego Lofts has been sold from month to month so far during 2012. There were 93 sales in July with 21 of them being developer sales at Smart Corner over in the East Village neighborhood. As a result of the Smart Corner sales our average sale price dropped 11% to $422,815 from $475,254 in June. The resale market remained strong accounting for 56% of the sales. The total number of sales in July has increased with 24 more sales if you compare to the 51 homes that were sold in January.
