There were 61 sales for the month of November with 82% of them selling under $500,000. However, we did have 3 sales over $2,000,000 this month in Downtown San Diego which helped increase the average sale price for the month to $457,491. This is up 15% over the last month. Cash sales were also strong accounting for 54% of all transactions in November. ')}
