We have recently seen an increase in home prices due to the low home inventory as well as a slight increase of homes for sale. We hope that the New Year of 2013 will allow for more options out there for our home buyers and as we are geeks for the analytic…stay tuned for more stats about the real estate market coming up.
The team at 92101 Urban Living is wishing you all a very Happy and Safe Holiday and a Happy New Year!
