I am sure you all know about the low rates…question is how long with they remain this low? The chart above shows just how historically low interest rates are from 1991 to the 1st quarter of 2011 where the numbers represent a yearly average. Look at where the rates were at in the early nineties and then compare to the other years. Over a time frame of 20 years the average interest rate is 6.93. We hope this chart provides some good information to those who plan or desire to become a Downtown San Diego Condo or Loft home owner. Is this a good time to get off the fence regarding a home purchase or refinance?
