As you compare March 2010 to March 2011 not a lot of a change happened here. The line goes a little bit up and down but it seems like Downtown San Diego real estate home owners kept their sales prices pretty much at the same average amount throughout the year. It also look like the most popular time with the highest average tag to sell a condo or loft in Downtown San Diego was the month of October as indicated with a monthly average price of around $500k.
