As a resident of the East Village in downtown San Diego, the Mission Brewery is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. If you haven’t had a chance to head over there, OktSoldierFest is the perfect opportunity to do so.
OktSoldierFest takes place on Saturday, October 22nd from 1-6pm and its purpose is to support The Warrior Foundation-an organization that helps injured and disabled military heroes. All OktSoldierFest proceeds will go directly to this necessary cause. Plus, it’s kind of like an Oktoberfest with over 40 breweries offering samples, live music and BBQ so it’s a win-win for all involved!
Price of admission is $35 but if you’d like a VIP Limited Brew Tasting from 11:30-1pm it will cost you $45. If you would like the privilege of front-of-the-line-all-event-long you can purchase the Front of the Line Pass for $70.
