Park Terrace Downtown San Diego Condos Sold During January to August 2012Park Terrace in the East Village/Ballpark District in Downtown San Diego is located on the East side of Petco Park. The complex takes up the corners of K Street, 10th Avenue and Park Blvd. Park Terrace consists of 2 buildings, the high-rise and the mid-rise. There are for this reason two different addressed for the complex, 206 Park Blvd and 253 10th Ave. The complex is currently in litigation so financing can most likely be very tricky.
