Here is another reason why it is a great thing to own a downtown San Diego loft or condo. Musical festivals are a blast (though, I am not very biased to almost all music types) and to add to that, it’s in the Gaslamp! The biggest stars in smooth jazz, rain or shine, will be out to perform from 1:45-10pm on Saturday, May 21st. Tickets are $29, you must be 21 years old and gates open at 12:30. Enjoy!
