92101 Urban Living is still following the development of the new Broadway Pier Cruise Ship Terminal that is located in the Columbia District in Downtown San Diego.

Construction workers are now working on setting the steel columns in place for the terminal building and is expected to be finished at the end of February. The cruise ship terminal is one of The Port of San Diegos largest public work projects. The building will have a baggage claim area, a passenger waiting area, and a ticketing office. There will also be a station for customs and Homeland Security, a passenger disembarking area, and baggage handling. The building may be used for public events, and local public art will be included in the project. The 52,000 square foot, two story steel and metal framed terminal will be able to handle 2,600 passengers and will include spaces for ticketing and baggage and U.S. Customs & Border Protection.
