The Columbia District is one of Downtown San Diego’s newly evolving neighborhoods. This is an increase of over $15%, and aside from the Marina District, this is represents one the highest averages for values in Downtown Real Estate. The total number of Columbia District Condos sold in 2013 was 125 compared to 144 in 2012. The number of sales was down, but the values were up.
