The graph above is showing us that a total of 275 Downtown San Diego Condos and Downtown San Diego Lofts were sold during the 3rd quarter of 2012. Compared to the 1st quarter a total of 204 homes were sold and 283 homes were sold during the 2nd quarter.
Resales were the leader with a total of 160 units sold. Developer sales came in on 2nd place even though we don’t have that many Developer units left here in Downtown San Diego. 48 short sales and 9 bank owned homes were sold showing that we are getting less distressed inventory on the market.
