According to Bill, we saw a bit of a rate drop this week! Great news for buyers on the fence that are waiting for the right time to get jump into the market. Looks like the conventional, 30 year fixed rate is back down around 4.25% and the 30 year fixed jumbo rate is around 4.00%.
The recent jobs report seemed promising as well with the unemployment rate dropping from 6.7% to 6.3%. Check out the video below for more information.
