You know…for being a real estate specialist and a Downtown San Diego Condo home owner…I got so used to the “developer market” the last couple years here in Downtown San Diego. As the developer sales at The Mark , The Legend and Park Terrace in the East Village/Ballpark District, Atria in the Marina District and Sapphire and Bayside in the Columbia District are running out…Downtown is now facing a pure resale market…something we really haven’t seen before. As you can see in the graph above the developer sales totally lead the way all the way until the beginning of 2011. In February and March 2011…resales totally rocked the market in Downtown San Diego.
