An old Swedish saying goes something like…”someone who is waiting for something good…is getting something good”. Something good in this case is that the construction of the North Embacadero Visionary Plan Phase 1 that has been on the plans for soo long is about to take place.
Located in the Columbia District, the face of Downtown San Diego, the North Embarcadero Visionary Plan Phase 1 includes the new Ruocco Park as well as the new San Diego County Park. Many of our clients and current Downtown San Diego Condo & Loft home owners especially in Bayside, The Grande, Electra, and Breeza are thrilled to hear the news that this is actually happening. First on the list is Ruocco Park who held their groundbreaking ceremony already a couple days ago, next the San Diego County Park is to start at the end of 2011 and last but not least the groundbreaking ceremony for the North Embarcadero Visionary Plan Phase 1 is scheduled to happen January 5th, 2012.
